- Male / Female 35 years old and up - Bachelor/Master Degree in Marketing, Real Estate Business or related field - 10+ years sales & marketing experience in a Real Estate Business company - 5+ years in a leadership position - Experience in strategic planning and collaboration with executive, sales, product development and key operational groups - High level of personal and professional integrity and trustworthiness with strong work ethic and the ability to work independently with minimal direction - Excellent communications and presentation skills - Strategic, critical but creative thinker, strong business sense - Ability to lead, create and work within cross-functional team environments - Knowledge and experience in negotiating and developing deal point documents, letters of intent and customer alliance contracts - Good command of English
- Develop marketing plan to support organizational strategy and objectives (High Rise Team : Medium – Super Luxury Segment.) - Collaborate with Property Development Team to development High Rise Product and define effective sales channels of all products. - Direct implementation and execution of marketing policies and practices. - Ensure marketing communications are coordinated, support marketing plan objectives and meet organizational expenditure requirements. - Oversee and direct market research, competitor analyses and customer service and retention monitoring processes and initiatives. (High-Rise Market) - Establish metrics for the measurement of marketing program effectiveness - Develop and manage the marketing budget/ feasibility of projects.
